2016 Asian Rowing Indoor Championships

Venue: The Championships will be held in the “Handball Gymnasium” of sports village in Pyongyang

Events:
Entries
1.Entry is open to National Federations/Associations affiliated to the Asian Rowing Federation (ARF).
2.Each National Federation may enter a maximum of two (2) entries in each event.
3.Entries must be made by the National Federations.
4.NO Entry Fee.
5.Preliminary Entry (by event) deadline is 20th January 2016.
6.Final Entry (by name)deadline is 5th March 2016.
7.Duly filed-in Entry Forms (Preliminary & Final) attached to this Bulletin should be forwarded by email or fax to both the Asian Rowing Federation office_arf@sports.cn and the Organizing Committee prk@star-co.net.kp .

Rules and Regulations
1.Concept2 Model-D rowing ergometers with PM4 monitors will be used.
2.Lightweight women must be 61.5kg or under.
3.Lightweight men must be 75kg or under.
4.For the individual and team events, all individual lightweight competitors must meet the weight limits.
5.The format of the Pairs event is 2 rowers rowing 2,000m at the same time on individual machines with the result assessed as the cumulative score of the two rowers.
6.Competitors must wear official National Team uniform as registered with FISA.

Visas
1.Visa applicationMUST BE SUBMITTED to the Organizing Committee for every team to enter the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.
2.All individuals (Jury, Team Officials &Participants) are advised to send a clear scanned copy of passports (valid for 06 months) at least 01 month before the competition.
3.Participants can get visa at DPR Korea Embassy in their country and those who have no our Embassy in their country can be assisted in getting visa by the Organizing Committee.

Accreditation
All individuals (Jury, Team Officials & Participants)are requested to email a passport size photograph with Final Entry Forms.
