Transportation

Organizing Committee will arrange the round trip from airport – accommodation, local transportation from the venue to hotel and also turn during the event. Under the “Bubble Quarantine Program” the transportation fee will be included in the quarantine costing.

Schemes for Entering Thailand
Accommodation and Meals:

Kantary Hotel, Ban Chang will be the official hotel. Bookings should be made through the Organizing Committee by 1 November 2021. All crews will stay in “Bubble Quarantine Program”, arranging by OC for your safety and prevention from local COVID-19 prevention.

The cost of accommodation will be included transportation fee, quarantine program, RT-PCR testing at hotel on arrival and departure, AnitigenTest Kit (ATK) every 2 days while staying in the bubble and all meals.

The costs for 7days during the bubble quarantine event period are as follow:

Twins-sharing room 1,000 USD/person
Single room  1,400 USD/person

Any extra stay must also be in “Bubble Quarantine” will be charged each crew 80 USD /person/day with same services.

For example, the arrival is on 1 December 2021 for training purpos, so will start the quarantine by then, and finish quarantine on the morning of 8 December 2021, the extra staying will start from 8 – 12 December 2021 then the departure is on 13 December 2021.

Visa:

  • Due to the preventive of COVID-19 regulations of Thailand, please kindly contact directly to Thai Embassy which is located in your country for the updated information. OC: RCAT also send the participants who involved in the events to the Thai Consular Department for your convenience, nevertheless you must show yourself as usual. Do not hesitate to contact us for more requests. email to: office@rcat.or.th
  • The preventive COVID -19 measures.
    • All participants must be fully vaccinated with 2 doses of a COVID-19 vaccination recognized and approved by the Thai Government. Then you will be allowed to enter the 7 days bubble quarantine program.
    • Every crew must be participated in “Bubble Quarantine” program throughout the championships until the departure.
    • Every crew must have “Fit to Fly Health Certificate” from the official approval hospital/health care/sports center in their country.
    • Every crew must have “Medical certificate with laboratory result indicating that COVID – 19 is not detected” by RT – PCR method, within 72 hours before traveling.
    • Every crew must have “Certificate of Entry – COE”. OC will support your convenience.
    • Every crews must have “COVID – 19 Insurance limit USD 100,000” which must be activated in Thailand.
    • Every crew must follow “Thailand’s preventive COVID-19 regulations” at all time while staying in Thailand under supervision of the designated Thai’s health quarantine unit of this competition.
    • Please may attention, if any passenger onboard the same flight with you have the COVID – 19 infected and inspected by Thailand ‘s medical unit at the airport, HOC: RCAT will not allow you to participate as designated schedule above and you need to stay in the ALQ with maximize prevention regulations.
      Please note that
      The COVID-19 situation and all preventive measures can be changed and improved for proper circumstances by the government policy. The updated information will be circulated to all members for preparation.
      The serious santions (including event disqualification or deportation) may apply to any person who breaks Covid-19 prevention regulations – including leaving the quarantine bubble, etc.

Teams are strongly advised not to make double-up entries for athletes or crews or share equipment in the same Group. Teams doing so make such entries entirely at their own risk and no changes to the race schedule will be made to accommodate these entries.

In case of, there are less than 6 Nfs participating, the championships will be cancelled. 

Entries:

Entry by number is due to 15 October 2021 and Final Entry by name is due by
1st November 2021 and must include the events to be entered, the total number of athletes in the team, and the number of officials accompanying the team.

The completed Final Entry must include all necessary information for each crew, including name with date of birth of each athlete, all team members and substitutes and officials.

Entry Forms Final Entries are attached to this Bulletin. These should be filled in and forwarded to the Organizing Committee, with a copy to ARF headquarters, by the stipulated date.

Boats and Equipment: 

  1. All boats and other equipment must comply with FISA Rules of Racing.
  2. Participating teams will be encouraged to bring their own boats and oars if possible. Official boat supplier, Swift Racing, will provide boats for participants if they are unable to bring own material.
  3. If you do not bring own boats, you should contact Swift Racing for your boat rental by 15 October 2021. Boats and Oars Rental will be only provided to NFs requesting boats and oars rental to Swift Racing. After this date, there is no guarantee of boat availability.

Oars rental:

Each team is highly recommended to bring their own oars and sculls as the blades of all oars/sculls must be painted on both sides in the colors of the respective Federations.

If you need to rent oars and sculls the rate is $100/pair of scull, $120/pair of sweep, for the event.
