   2016 Asian Rowing Cup II will be organized from July 28th-31st in Singapore. Please refer to below attachment for more details about this event.

Date & Venue

The Asia Cup 2 Rowing Championships be held from 27th to 31st of July 2016, at the Singapore Rowing Association (Pandan Reservoir).

6 lanes x 2000m regatta course

Events

The Asia Cup Rowing Championships events will be as follow:
Men (Open): M1X, M2X, M2-, M4-, M8+
Women (Open): W1X, W2X, W2-, W4-
Men (Lightweight): LM1X, LM2X
Women (Lightweight): LW1X, LW2X

School event (Max 19 years old):
Boys: 1X, 2X, 4-, 8+
Girls: 1X, 2X, 4-

Rules and Regulations

1. The competition will be conducted in accordance with the FISA Rules of Racing
2. All races will be conducted on a six-lanes course. If less than six crews are entered in one event, it will be held as preliminary round and Final. If there are more than six crews entered, heats and Repechage(s) will be held.
3. An event with less than three entries may be cancelled.

Eligibility

This Championship is open to all ARF members and its Affiliates Clubs. They may enter more than one crew in each boat class.

2. Withdrawals of events will be accepted until AM 1200 hours (Singapore time) on 10th of July 2016.

National Flag and National Anthem

(National Anthem will be played at Award Ceremony for all Events. Subject to changes)

Boats and Equipment

1. All boats and other equipment must comply with FISA Rules of Racing.
2. If participating teams unable to bring their own boats, OC will provide boats for rental in each event. Requests for hiring boats should be notified Online Form A on or before the stated deadline. The blades of all oars must be painted on both sides in the colors of the respective Clubs/Federations.

Accommodation and Meals

Accommodation facilities are located about 30 minutes by shuttle-bus from the Venue. The rate of the accommodation is chargeable as stated in Online Form B, and with three meals provided. The features of the accommodation are an air-conditioned room, bathroom, parking and buffet style breakfast and dinner for teams and officials.
For lunch meals, team managers will be required to indicate the required number of lunch sets to be arranged for his/her team for each day. (The form will be given upon arrival).

Note:
1. All hotel accommodation reservations shall need a full payment from the total amount to be paid by 27th of June 2016.
2. Any change or cancellation must be immediately reported to OC in writing (asiacup2sg@gmail.com). If notice of cancellation is made by 10th of July 2016, then no cancellation fee is necessary, i.e. the deposit shall be refunded but all fee derived from the bank transfer of the refund must be supported by the receiver. However, if notice of cancellation is made after 10th of July 2016, then no refund will be given.

Transportation

Local transportation for the participants, oars and other equipment will be provided by OC, free of charge to and from Changi International Airport or Railways Station and the Venue/Accommodation facilities.
Detailed information of arrival and departure dates and flight number or train number should be informed in advance to OC via Online Form A in order for OC to arrange local transportation and other necessary preparations. (Applicable to Foreign participants only). Teams are advised to arrive in Singapore by 26th of July 2016 and depart by 1st of August 2016.

Note:
Local transportation will only be provided for teams staying in the official accommodation. Teams that stay at their preferred accommodation would need to arrange for their own daily internal transportation to/from Venue.
