Athlete Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the Olympic qualification regatta for Asia and Oceania, all athletes must comply with the provisions of the Olympic Charter currently in force. This includes Rule 41 of the Olympic Charter (Nationality of Competitors).
NOTE: FISA will only accept entries for the Continental Qualification Regattas that are received by the fixed closing date. The entries should be accompanied by a letter from the NOC confirming that the rowers entered are eligible according to the above paragraph.
Boats and Equipment:
Participating teams are encouraged to bring their own boats and sculling oars.
Official boat supplier, Swift International, will provide rental boats for participants who are unable to bring their own boats.
Teams requiring rental boats should contact Mr. Tim YANG as soon as possible for your boat rental. Boats rental will be only provided by Swift.
The deadline for requesting rental boats is 20 January. Requests after this date may not be able to be supplied.

The boat rental charges are as follows (USD/ per boat / during period(From 18th April to 25th April):
Single scull (1x) $300
Light Weight Double scull (L2x) $400

Light Weight Double scull (L2x) $450
The blades of all oars/sculls must be painted on both sides in the colors of the respective Federations. Though oars and sculls can be provided upon request ($10 USD/ per day), each team is highly recommended to bring their own oars and sculls

The participants are responsible for insurance costs of equipment and persons. The O.C. declines all liabilities for all kinds of damage, illness or injury in the area of and related to the regatta. Teams should carry adequate insurance to cover all such liabilities.
To make sure that all regatta arrangements are clear, please keep in regular contact with the Organising Committee & ask immediately if you have questions or need any help
Olympic Qualification Quota Places
The number of Olympic qualification places available are as follows:
M1x 7 places
W1x 7 places
LM2x 3 places
LW2x 3 places
NOTE: A NOC may only qualify a maximum of one (1) Men’s and one (1) Women’s boat. If two (2) boats in the same gender from a NOC meet the qualification criteria at a continental qualification regatta, the NOC will have two (2) weeks from notification to decide which boat to confirm for the Games.
For all qualification places the NOCs will have two (2) weeks after notification by FISA to confirm that they will take up the place, otherwise the quota place will be reallocated.
Official Opening Day of Venue
For teams not participating in the Olympic Solidarity Training Camp, the course will be open for official training from 12 April 2016 (Subject to scheduling of the transport buses).

*All meals will be served at the Grand hotel, because the River Hotel does not have a restaurant.
