2015 ARF Congress will be held in Beijing, China on 27th September, 2015. The Congress is one of the most important annual events of ARF, where presenting delegates from all NFs come together to discuss the past year and make expectations for the following year. Besides, delegates can also put forward with their own proposals for joint discussion.
