The lectures, Mr. Josy Verdonkschot(NED), Mr. Johan Flodin (NOR), Mr. Terry Paul (CAN), Ms. Jutta Lau (GER), all shared their first hand knowledge and experience of rowing coaching with the participants. Even though they were all world famous coaches with great accomplishment on the past Olympic Games, they were still patient and warmhearted faced with the questions from the course. With the help of two reliable interpreters, the participants were able to ask even the smallest problem they met during their coaching and get the suggestions from the lectures.
